Hertog Jan v.d. Paddensteeg is registered 1st premium by KFPS in the Netherlands, with a lifetime USEF membership.  

​He is also registered with The Friesian Heritage Horse International registry (FHH), and the Frisian Horse Association of North America (FHANA). His foals are eligible for a variety of registries including FHANA and FHH for the purebred, FHH, Friesian Sport horse and others for quality crossbreds.

Jan is everything you could hope or ask for in a stallion: intelligent, honest, strong and kind. He is a Baroque style Friesian who was imported as a two-year-old to the United States. Displaying correct conformation with smooth fluid gates, Jan is as easy on the eyes as he is the heart. He was rated first premium in the Netherlands and continues to prove himself as a sire as his pure and cross bred offspring continue to excel in several disciplines.

His offspring have gone on to perform well in the show ring and out on the trails. 
Jan's foals inherit the best of him, as in they display a kind, sweet disposition as well as natural talent.
​Jan is available for breeding through collection to select outside mares beginning in March of each season.
